The field of activity of Silhouette International Schmied AG includes design, production and sales of ophthalmic frames and sunglasses in metal and plastic. Besides its own brand silhouette, the company also produces eyewear for the licensed brand adidas eyewear. With these two brands silhouette achieved very broad market segments and offers the right products for different target groups. The company, based in Linz / Austria has 13 own sales subsidiaries and is represented with a global sales network in more than 90 countries. The export share of over 95% demonstrates the international approach. Silhouette is run by two directors.
